Stallworth is fu*ked regardless of whether the dude was in the crosswalk. If his BAC levels come back as well above the legal limit, that overrides anything about where the dude was since he wasn't supposed to be driving anyway. Plus Stallworth didn't make any overly conscious effort to stop except to flash his lights at the guy. so I definitely see a manslaughter charge at least.
