Many on Earth tend to believe the general ideas that mainstream media focuses on. It doesnt Scare me, it does however show me that most people dont care who their master is as long as they have the weekend off and get laid once in awhile. if you are newly married, then you can forget being interested in this stuff. the wife will make sure of that. very very very few women care about this type of thing. they dont think it exists because it doesnt exist next to the advertisement for beauty products. Overall, men have become pussies, and giving women more and more pus*y on a pedestal rights will only destroy a weak man and his mind. I can see that youre afraid of being percieved as a "Weak Man." Do you truly think that someone from the outside can come along and take all of your personal power away? I can tell you this with absolute certainty, Nothing can have power over you. You are a part of the most powerful being on this planet. Not at all. Belief in one's self and humankind is far superior than a belief in some nonexistent "God." Whenever a disaster happens, who helps and comes to people's aid? Certainly not any "God;" people come to other people's aid.

People just misunderstand what religion is and take it as something being bigger than themselves, bigger than humankind, and bigger than life itself, which, in fact, it is not.

Religion hasn't done anything for anyone; people do things for themselves, but don't realize it so they thank whatever "God" they believe in for helping them.

What I mean by that is that it is highly unlikely that there is some big white man with a long beard sitting up on a cloud in outer space while he manipulates our world.

But the idea of an intangible force or entity that influences space, time and matter in ways unfathomable to mankind could be true although it is impossible to prove. The idea of God suggests omniscience, omnipresence and omnipotence.

In order to be omniscient, you would have to have always existed (ie you were never created and will never be destroyed).
In order to be omnipresent your size would have to be equatable with all space (the universe as well as whatever endless expanse of empty space exists around it)
If you were omnipotent, you would have control over every living and non living tangible thing. Which means you would control the religious folk as well as the people who don't believe in you.

And since you are an intangible abstract, there is no way for these "evil hollywood folk" to destroy you. Hence, no real reason to make a documentary about it.

even in science we cannot explain why something happens, it is just tried and tested results that make things in the world of science become a fact. You must know who runs the media and hollywood and you will see who tries to undermine the masses. Any people in particular that you know of that run the film industry? If they are a particular group, why would they want to confuse people about reality or even misconstrue religious ideas in order to profit or destroy a certain religion? Why does the school system want to take out "under God" in the pledge of alliegence? Why is the world so sick with making sure everyone is equal that it actually makes people unequal and controls people more with added laws. What is the name of the branch of Government that Rules on Law? and do they have anything to do with the film industry? so if you can trick yourself to unlearn what these bullsh*t school systems have taught about not mentioning peoples race or nationality, can you think in your head who runs hollywood? is it any wonder that the System that controls the Supreme court is named "judicial" steming from a biblical word and peoples? we are not free, and losing freedom to speak about religion and freedom of religion will even cause you athiests to have some issues. In this world we live in, especially in europe and america, i do not agree with making everyone equal. Some people are not meant to be equal, its a shame but is true. We should all be treated with dignity until proven otherwise. A good way to say this would be we have some A and B students, and some D and F students...It will probably take too much work to give the D and F students new braincells, so it would be easier to slow down the A and B students and fill their heads with confusion about religion, gay rights, and feminism, while giving them a spanking everytime they offend someone. the D and F students dont know any better so we cant blame them, so we will bump them up a little while we bring down the over achievers and make everyone into a standard C average student, that way we can trick them into believing they are free and keeping them stupid while we prepare them for the future that has been planned for them.

All in all. Religion is very important to society. MAN has abused privledges and used religion to commit terrible crimes. It is not religion or the Belief in a higher being that is bad, it is the heirachical structure that we will never become that fu*ks us and controls our destiny, this is also in the educational system and what we see now in the government. Science and religion are not mutually exclusive. In fact they both require contemplation into abstract ideals so they really should complement each other.

The only reason there is this perceived animosity between science and religion is because of the mob mentality. A person on their own is smart but when you get a group of people together, their behavior as an individual is relative to the behavior of people around them.
For example if your watching a documentary by yourself that says that hollywood is a satanic cult, you would probably dismiss it as bullsh*t. However if you were watching that same documentary with a group of people and a few out of that group thought the movie made sense, you probably would too.

I was discussing religion with some friends and we brought up the fact that science doesn't really have "problems," per se. Science is just behind religion because science is disproving religion more and more with time and it's just a matter of time when science disproves the major portions of religions so that those religions no longer make sense or are fact-based.

My buddy has read the Bible upwards of 5 times from front to back while he was incarcerated and he has even said that a lot of the content in there makes no sense whatsoever. He is able to rephrase direct portions of the Bible because of his readings and I can say that they were almost 100% accurate.

No, science is NOT just "a bunch of theories." That doesn't make sense at all either considering the definition of "science" deals with "truths" and "facts through observation and experimentation." "Science" is also based off of "principles," which are derived from "truths."

Yes, memorizing and understanding anything are two different things, but, in certain institutions, Bibles are the only books allowed. My buddy tried applying the Bible and it just didn't make sense; it was more bull than anything.
