Stuff is NFR for a reason. People wouldnt put not for release, if they didnt want to release it, or were not told to share it. And usually, the only people you gonna get NFR sh*t from, are your homies. Cause the people who get the NFR stuff, dont share it cause they know it will get it out if they share it with the wrong people.

Theres plenty of stuff that is FOR RELEASE that will make your desktop look fine.

u need to have avedesk 1.3 on ur pc
then u just enable desklet !! in control panel !!
and double click the .aveinst file that u downlaoed from deviant art

You need to downlaod a background i don't think you can't just change the dock color all willy nilly (<--I've always wanted to say that:lol: )

No, that's not it. You picked the wrong theme. You have minimalistic icons with a full theme. Try to get a minimalistic theme like Void that will match the icons on your desk.
