windowblinds will not eat your whole computer it uses no more ram than the windows themeing service which you can disable once you get windowblinds and 512mb of ram can handle it

Doesn't matter how fast your connection is. It matters on how fast your browser can render images, of course it's going to be slow, the image is frikken huge. (Not in file size, but image size.)
