FOX has made a decision not to put their hit drama "Prison Break" on winter hiatus this season as they did last year, Preston Beckman, executive VP of strategic program planning at Fox said today at the International Radio & Television Society.

Last season, FOX pulled the Monday night thriller at the end of November and brought it back on March 20. Then they ran the remaining 9 episodes non-stop till the end of May pairing it off with their mega-hit series "24".

Originally, the network had the same plan for this year. But, as reported earlier, FOX is having its probably worst fall season ever with most of their freshman series headed for cancellation and not a single new hit on the schedule.

Last year, there had been many viewer protests against the split season of "Prison Break". I watched Prison Break for the first time Monday night.. (the very first and second episode; from Season 1), and WOW! Damn good show (so far).. Kim's boss is a man that never speaks but is the kind that if there was a guy behind the guy... well, he'd be the guy who owned him. So you can expect someone rather mysterious and controlling. He will be known as the Pad Man as he "speaks" using notes ripped from an ever-present pad of paper! He is set to recur throughout the rest of the season and possibly next season!

Looks like somebody is headed back to prison, but whoever it is may be wearing a different uniform when he/she returns. Elsewhere, T-Bag's going to seduce a postal worker, and then go postal when she recognizes him from a Wanted poster.

Not only will two escapees be sent back to Fox River but escape before they made it in, but we will meet Kim's boss, Sara will make changes to her appearance, and, as some of you may have heard, Bellick will become a Fox River inmate! His sentence is 25 years in prison!

T-Bag sweeps off her feet a very lonely Post Office worker in order to get an address. T-Bag also pretends to be a wounded ex-soldier to get info from an ex-sergeant. Bellick faces the music but is represented by an unmotivated public defender who gives one of the most lame plea to save his client.

Two escapees are recaptured and sent back towards Fox River. One man gets new living situations. Sara must make some alterations to stay alive. One escapee commits a crime.

Bellick gets a taste of his own medicine, T-Bag has an unexpected helping hand in getting revenge and alliances are turned upside-down once again.

From the tv.com website Fox has chosen to shorten the away time for Prison Break. It says January 29th the episodes will continue!!! So not a big break in time. Wish it was shorter but it is what it is!
