i have a couple of questions
1)WTF is Hurley doing snitching on Charlie, and mentioning where they burried Ethan
2)Sun is expecting a baby....does that mean she's next?
3)Does Jack have a secret plan with Juliet
4)Is Jack playing dumb to get an advantage over Juliet and the Others

WOWWWWWWWWw @ those easter eggs
i love the Herarat reference. all these pics show the brilliance involved with this show..everything has a meaning
^yeh, definatly a lot of planning went into this which makes the show brilliant.
good ep with some good answers. and it was so obvious juliet was meant to go to the losties camp. and i noticed her startin at desmond towards the end aswell and wondered what that was about. then that easter egg helped provide that evidence.
oh, and "3 men and a baby"

1) Correct me if Im wrong but I think everyone has the notion that Ethan was merked bc he was an "other"
2) Yizzir; side note the baby daddy is gonna get revealed in 2 weeks
3) when claire was sick, jack asks, "before we got back, was she showing any symptoms at all?" which indicates he doesnt trust juliet, so I dont think theyre in cohoots
4) Could be, Ive thought that jack and ben might have something going on. Theyve never showed where jack was during the gasmask scene; if ben doesnt trust juliet he may have a "back-up plan" with whatevers going on

LOST is picking up steam as it heads for it's stunning two hour finale in May. Locke has joined the Others and the Others - via Juliet - have joined the beach people. We finally know a little bit more about what LOST's mysterious baddies are after, but their intentions, as well as their history with the Dharma Initiative, still remain a mystery. Just how much can we expect to be revealed before LOST leaves the air for another season? Punch on through for an episode by episode break down of what to expect for the remainder of LOST season three!
3.17 - Catch 22 (Desmond Centered)
Desmond gets a flash of the future and enlists Hurley, Charlie, and Jin to join him on a mysterious hike. Hurley becomes suspicious that Desmond may be acting without everybody's best interests in mind. Desmond's vision reference the cable that Sayid, and later Hurley, found in season one. If you'll recall, Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse told BuddyTV that a major reveal was coming up concerning that cable later on. This episode will close with Desmond and the gang finding a mysterious parachutist named Naomi who may have compelling information concerning one of the current island occupants.
3.18 - D.O.C (Sun/Jin Centered)
Juliet finds out that Sun is pregnant and tells her that women who conceive on the island could die if they carry to term. Sun responds by telling her that the baby may not have been conceived on the island, in fact it may not even be Jin's child. So the two set off for the medical hatch to try to determine when the baby was conceived. Meanwhile, Desmond and his crew scramble to save the life of the mysterious Naomi and are assisted by an old enemy, seems eye patch guy survived the fence after all.
3.19 - The Brig (Locke Centered)
Locke slips away from the others and lures Sawyer away from the beach. Flashbacks will reveal what Locke has been up to with the others since they abandoned their 'village'. In a secluded Dharma holding cell, Locke will bring Sawyer together with Anthony Cooper for a fate full encounter that will resolve a long standing season one mystery. Meanwhile, Naomi will return to the beach with some alarming information concerning flight 815, but can she be trusted?
3.20 - The Man Behind the Curtain (Ben Centered)
The past of the island is explored including how Dharma came to be there, why, and what the fateful 'purge' was really all about. Flashbacks will show Ben through various ages up until adulthood. The mysterious 'Jacob' will finally be revealed, and the question of whether any Dharma members still live will be revealed.
3.21 - The Truth About Lying / The Greatest Hits (Charlie Centric)
Rescue is finally at hand for the survivors of Oceanic 815, but first someone must reconnect an underwater sonar beacon. Despite his foretold death, Charlie volunteers. Copious rumors suggest that Charlie dies in this episode, but some new rumors I've been hearing suggest that this is a huge misdirection and there will be another highly unexpected major character death instead.
3.22/3.23 - Through the Looking Glass (Jack Centric)
This episode promises a Jack revelation of legendary proportions! Also, there will finally be an en masse collision between the beach folk and the Other's. On the speculation end of things, folks are saying that the island folk will split into two factions themselves, one led by Jack, and one by Sawyer, but the division will be at the will of another, and for purposes no one will expect.

SPOILER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I read that there will be 5 deaths in May.
Personally, the deaths I think are gonna be Jack, Locke, Juliet, Charlie and Locke's dad, Anthony Cooper (aka the Real Sawyer).
Charlie won't be back next year, it's already said he's not. Juliet, can't be making it after the fact that she'll be betraying everyone on the beach. Locke and Jack have a major showdown at the end of the season and I definitely think Jack is gonna die, but maybe Locke does too.
What point is it having Cooper on the island unless it's gonna eventually lead to Sawyer or Locke killing him? My money is on Sawyer.
Just my thoughts...no actual spoilers, just speculation. Except for the 5 deaths thing. That's confirmed.

LOST EASTER EGG THURSDAY
EPISODE: 17
TITLE: Catch-22
CENTRIC: Desmond
Penny on the island? This is one of a whole two or three frames from Desmond's future flash that definitely shows Desmondo meeting up with his true love in what appears to be a very green setting. Could it be he was destined to find Penny dangling from that tree and that his changes (saving Charlie) denied him the prize?

Prop errors or dishonest monks? Although the crates say 1989, the labels on the wine say 1995.
http://www.buddytv.com/articles/Image/LOST/lost_3_17-easter-egg-05.jpg
The hula bobble is strangely appropriate since LOST is shot in Hawaii. Is this a shout out to LOST's native land, or some kind of cryptic clue as to the general locale of the island.
http://www.buddytv.com/articles/Image/LOST/lost_3_17-easter-egg-04.jpg
This is the Portuguese version of Joseph Heller's 'Catch 22'. Significant not only because it is the name of the episode, but also because the dudes in the arctic listening station at the end of Season Two spoke Portuguese. Is the parachutist part of their group?
http://www.buddytv.com/articles/Image/LOST/lost_3_17-easter-egg-03.jpg
Here is everything that was in the parachutist's bag. An MRE packet, a nutra bar, and a satellite phone.

Last but hardly least, Mother Time and Brother Campbell go back! If you remember, Mother Time is the jewelry store clerk who gave Desmond a brief history of time travel in 'Flashes Before Your Eyes'.

I know you were all expecting a long detailed synopsis this week but this episode was so lame in my opinion it’s not even worth writing about. But I have to make an effort for you guys especially for wishing me well when I was ill. Thank you all.
Flashbacks: (Sun)
Flashbacks are mainly based to show you how much Sun loves Jin. They take place shortly after the wedding.
A women blackmails Sun for $100,000 by threatening to reveal that Jin’s father was a fisherman and his mother was a prostitute.
Sun finds Jin’s father and he confirms that Jin’s mother slept with many men. He is not even sure that He is Jin’s father. She left Jin with him and he chose to raise him.
Sun borrows the money from her father and ultimately gives it to the woman. The woman as some of you may guess is Jin’s mother. Before they walk their separate ways Sun reminds her how powerful her family is. She sort of implies my husband thinks your dead we can make it a reality if you show up again.
Present Time: (Sun)
Sun gets suspicious of Jack when he keeps asking questions about how she is feeling.
Sun asks Kate if she thinks Jack has changed since being with the others.
Could he be working with them?
Do you think they’re after my baby?
Kate reassures Sun Jack is on our side and tells her the story of Juliette and Claire and issues with other pregnant women.
Sun questions Juliette and she tells her the pregnant women on this island die.
In the middle of the night while all are asleep Juliette gets Sun to go with her to the medical hatch. Equipment is still there you just need to know where to look.
Juliette says if you got pregnant before you got here then you’ll be fine if you conceived on the island then you will die. Sun tells about her fling with the other man.
Inside a locker is a lever that opens a blast door behind another set of lockers. In that room are all the items from when Claire was taken and a sonogram machine.
By measuring fetus Date of Conception D.O.C. is determined. Sperm count is five times greater on the island. (Better wear a rubber.)
DOC is only 53 days they crashed about 90 days ago so Jin is the father Sun cries for joy that it is Jin’s but now only has two months to live. Women usually die by the middle of the second trimester. No one makes it to the third. They leave the hatch.
Once outside Juliette tells Sun she want’s to make sure she covers her tracks in the hatch. She goes down again and in another locker is a tape recorder. She leaves a message for Ben informing him of the pregnancy and Jin being the father. She still has to get samples for all the other women and thinks that she will get Kate’s soon. She stops recording momentarily and speaking into the recorder says.
“I hate you Ben”
Present Time (Parachutist)
Desmond has no idea who this woman is and she is mumbling in another language. Hurley believes it’s Spanish but it turns out to be Italian which is similar. He understands when she says “I’m dieing, I’m dieing”
They open her jumpsuit to reveal a branch that has penetrated into her side and punctured her lung. Desmond wants to run and get Jack but Charlie refuses to let him go.
The others are out there and they will get you if you’re alone. Hurley accidentally shoots off a flare gun into the sky.
They argue again and Desmond is now desperately wanting to save this woman. He needs answers. Then you hear someone running towards them. It’s (Mikhail) Patchy he stops they all exchange looks and Mikhail turns and runs away. Jin catches him Charlie and Hurley know who he is and they know he’s supposed to be dead.
Desmond threatens to shoot him in the chest with the flare gun for answers but Mikhail fearlessly says “as your friend pointed out I’ve already died once this week.”
Mikhail hears the woman speaking and seems concerned. He says he can save her if they let him go as if he was never there. He understands what she was saying and I believe he lies and tells us she said thank you. We will need this translated.
He starts asking about the woman and if you found anything with her. Hurley mentions the book and phone. Charlie gives him a look as if to say why are you telling this guy.
Mikhail asks if the phone works, Hurley then says yeah like I’d tell you that.
Mikhail saves her and says she will be fine in a day.
Charlie says, A day, she’s got a punctured lung!
Mikhail says yes things are different on this island, a day in a half.
Desmond lets him go against Charlie’s wishes.
Jin notices the phone is missing and chases him down and gets it back from Mikhail.
Charlie and Mikhail exchange some words. I suspect it’s not over between these two.
Once again Desmond lets him go. Charlie is mad about it and later is arguing with Desmond. Desmond says because they have to make a stretcher and carry her back and they wont be able to also watch a prisoner.
Charlie says they kill people.
Desmond says by my count you’ve killed more of them than they have of you.
Later as Des, Jin and Charlie are talking or doing something, Hurley is next to the woman and he is playing with the phone.
Pretending to talk “Hey Ma”
Then the woman says where am I?
Hurley: Your on an island, did you come here to save us?
Hurley: We crashed here from flight 815 a few months ago.
Woman: Flight 815 from Sydney?
Hurley: Yeah
Woman: That’s impossible. They found that plane everybody on it was killed.
The End.

Before you go hog wild trying to decipher what the parachutist's tattoo could possibly mean, bear in mind that this artwork isn't a carefully placed symbolic clue, it really belongs to Marsha Thomason who plays the mysterious visitor. Don't rule out something significant coming from it though, Matthew Fox's real tattoos were featured in a story line - so anything goes!

Flashbacks take place between 8 and 3 days ago. Locke insists that his father isn’t there because he wished it so (magic box). His father says don’t you know where you are.
He doesn’t elaborate until later. It’s time for them to leave the village.
The others are camped out in tents in a field. Cindy the flight attendant tells Locke that everyone is excited that he is finally here with them. They believe he is special because he can now walk. Ben tells Locke about Juliet and the tape recorder.
Ben says in order for Locke to go further he must kill his own father. Then the others leave Locke and his father behind. Locke can’t do it but Richard (Juliets recruiter) suggests that Sawyer may do it for him. Lockes father is the original Sawyer.
Locke has him captive in the Black Rock, this is where Sawyer kills him, by strangling him with chains. Before he is killed he tells Sawyer that they are all in Hell because his son died in a plane crash and he was in a car accident. He was rear-ended and he then smashed into a wall at about 70MPH. The paramedic smiled at him when he gave him an I.V. and that was it until he woke up and saw his dead son who he threw out a window.
Danielle (French Woman) comes in to get some dynamite as Locke waits for Sawyer.
Locke takes his fathers body and will return to Ben he tells Sawyer about Juliet being a mole and the others are coming to invade and take the women in 3 days. He gives Sawyer the tape recorder Juliet used so he can have proof.
Hurley and Charlie no longer confide in Jack so they don’t tell him about the Parachutist.
They tell Sayid who questions her and originally doesn’t believe her.
According to her:
She took off in a Helicopter from a ship about 80 miles out. The wreckage of flight 815 was entirely found off the coast of Bali and all the passengers were dead. She was looking for Desmond. She was hired by Penelope and was given coordinates which she believed would be in the middle of nowhere, she did not expect to see an island. She had trouble and was forced to bail out.
Sayid doesn’t believe her until she gives him her radio which technologically is more advanced than he is familiar with but still manages to get it working, however he can’t get a signal.
Kate sees the phone and inquires where it came from Sayid makes her promise not to tell anyone. She of course goes to Jack and wants to speak to him in private but Jack insists on being informed in front of Juliet. Kate spills the beans and Jack asks about the phone and he and Juliet exchange looks. He starts to get up and
Juliet says “We should tell her”
Jack says “no”
Juliet repeats “We should tell her”
Jack says “not yet”

*SPOILER WARNING*
The Brig - FAQ From AICN
What’s it called?
“The Brig.”
Who’s responsible?
Teleplay is credited to showrunners Damon Lindelof (“Left Behind”) & Carlton Cuse (“One Of Us”).
What does ABC say?
“A newly focused Locke breaks away from "The Others" in an attempt to persuade Sawyer to help rid them of a great nemesis that has caused nothing but pain in both of their lives. Meanwhile, a new island inhabitant discloses some shocking information about Oceanic Flight 815. Guest starring are M.C. Gainey as Mr. Friendly/Tom, Kevin Tighe as Anthony Cooper, Mira Furlan as Danielle Rousseau, Nestor Carbonell as Richard Alpert, Kimberly Joseph as Cindy and Marsha Thomason as Naomi.”
How did last week’s promo go?
ANNOUNCER: Next Wednesday.
DESMOND: We keep her safe, she’s our way off this island.
CHARLIE: We have to tell Jack.
DESMOND: Do you trust Jack? Or don’t you?
LOCKE: I snuck into Ben’s tent and kidnapped him. And I want you to kill him.
SAWYER: Tell me the truth! Why me??
LOCKE: Because I can’t!!
The big news?
Jack’s been keeping a secret from Kate.
What else is ABC not telling us?
We learn this week where The Others went.
Did they go to Li’l Dharma Island? The place with the bear cages and dolphin tanks?
They did not.
Why “The Brig”?
A good piece of the episode is set in a locale familiar to longtime fans.
Can Naomi’s “shocking information about Oceanic Flight 815” possibly be more shocking than what she revealed last week?
It could be, but it’s not.
Is Rousseau still stalking Ben’s daughter Alex?
One assumes. She turns up this week for a bit of foreshadowing.
What’s doing with Cindy the stewardess?
She’s excited to see Locke.
What’s the deal with Naomi’s multilingualism? She works for Penelope, yes?
Naomi says she’s working for Penelope, but has never actually met her.
Are Hurley, Jin, Des and Charlie reunited with the rest of the 815ers this week?
Yes. The first time we see them they are already back at camp.
How does everyone react to the news of Naomi?
Naomi’s is squirreled away in a tent. Her presence is not immediately revealed to everyone.
Does Kate learn this week that Sawyer’s hillbilly seed has doomed her?
No. (And she and Sawyer continue to be more than friends.)
Does Sun give Jin the bad news about her diagnosis?
One gathers she does not.
Is Juliet working to save Sun’s life with stone knives and bear skins?
Sun is wholly absent this week. And Juliet is seen devising no treatments this week.
What’s doing with Claire and Sayid?
Sayid works on Naomi’s radio-phone thingie, which the Iraqi appraises as quite advanced. Claire sits the episode out.
No sign of Mikhail?
None.
Does Charlie die this week?
No.
Does Desmond make another prediction?
No.
What was that batting order again?
3.19 John Locke
3.20 Benjamin Linus
3.21 Charlie Pace
3.22-23 Jack Shephard
What’s good?
The flashbacks, which are all island-bound, give us some interesting glimpses of what The Others have been up to since Locke’s last episode, “The Man From Tallahassee.” And the only scene this week with Jack and Juliet, which doesn’t arrive until the episode’s final minutes.
What’s not so great?
After last week’s installment, with its many bombshells, this week’s affair will strike many as fitfully intriguing but ultimately superfluous and disposable, another attempt to tread water. The character we really want to be following is Ben, and his is the story coming next week.
How does it end, spoiler-boy?
“Not anymore,” Locke tells Sawyer, then marches into the woods.
Herc’s rating for “Lost” 3.19?
***.

*SPOILER WARNING*
TV Guide's preview of The Brig
This TV Guide reporter lucked into getting an advance copy of "The Brig," tonight's Locke-centric episode of Lost (10 pm/ET on ABC), and, having watched it, what can I say? It's one of the series' best. And I'm not just talking this season. Written by series masterminds Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse, it is, by turns, twisted, spine-chilling and emotionally stirring. Make that gut wrenching. It grabs hold and doesn't let go, even after the last frame has smashed to black.
If you've watched the sneak-peek clip on this sight, you already know that Locke — MIA from the canvas since early April, when he discovered his loser Pop was in the island's magic box — shows up while Sawyer's taking a leak to reveal he's kidnapped Ben. Oh, and he'd like Sawyer to kill him, thank you very much. But this being Lost, that's only the beginning of the story. What follows is a literal and metaphorical journey that's bound to irrevocably change two of the drama's most complicated and best-loved characters. Which, if we're lucky, will only lead to more stand-out episodes like this one.
Here's what else to look out for:
Big blanks get filled. Much the way that last season's Michael-centric episode "Three Minutes" shed light on what the grieving father had been up to since taking off to find Walt, "The Brig" fills in the blanks where Locke's recent time with the Others is concerned. Among the questions answered: What was Cooper's reaction to seeing his son? What was Ben's motive for leading Locke to his father? Why on earth would the Others let Locke stick around after he blew up their sub? And just how far will Locke go to learn the island's secrets? (You remember the lengths Michael was willing to go to to get his son back, right?)
The Black Rock is back! The 19th-century wooden ship, first (and last) shown beached in the jungle during Season 1, is the backdrop for a chunk of tonight's action. Locke's prisoner is being held in the ship's titular brig. And somebody else shows up to pilfer some of its dynamite. Let's hope this somebody is more careful with it than our dearly-departed Dr. Artz.
Josh Holloway and Terry O'Quinn knock this episode out of the park. But Holloway claims shooting its emotionally-draining scenes took a toll. "Dude, it was intense filming that s---," he says. "It wore me out." Still, the two actors — who are good buds off-screen — relished the rare opportunity to work together. Will they do more of it in the future? Holloway's not saying, though he does let this slip: "What happens with them, it f--ks Sawyer up pretty bad. It makes him colder and more distant." That can't be good news for his relationship with Kate.
No. Way! This week's installment includes the reveal of Lost's biggest character cross yet. Bigger-than-Claire-and-Jack-sharing-the-same-father big. And this jaw-dropper was set up way back in Season 1.
The hits keep coming. Naomi the Parachutist (played by Marsha Thomason) — who revealed last week that as far as the "outside" world is concerned, Flight 815's passengers died (!) when the plane crashed — isn't done dropping bombshells. Cindy the Flight Attendant isn't done with the Others. And Richard (the intriguing Nestor Carbonell) is just getting started pulling strings. But you'll see what I mean by that next week.

damn, another good ep. wonder what jack and juliet wont tell kate?
Lost 3.19 - The Brig - Easter Eggs Revealed 4
It appears that the same kids from "The Other 48 Days" appeared VERY briefly. the boy is definitely the same actor, the girl has shot up tremendously, which isn't so unreasonable considering it has been over a year since "The Other 48 Days" was shot. Perhaps this is why they only got a couple of frames of screen time.

We got to see the satellite phone in action thanks to Sayid's expert electronic skills. He did seem a little surprised by how advanced it was. Should we take this to mean we might be looking at futuristic technology.

Sawyer, international bad boy of doom. Here we get a glimpse at what appears to be a French police report. There isn't much on it for specific info so not really worth translating except to say that Sawyer was once arrested in France.

In between Ben's more intellectual pursuits he enjoys thrillers that involve corrupt HMOs. This from a guy who thought that Carrie was depressing.

Yeah, this is what I thought from the beginning too...
Now it really seems like Purgatory/LIMBO...All the people there are already dead. And the only people that can come to the island are dead people, ie the Paratrooping rescuer and Lock's dad aka Sawyer aka "The Man from Tallahassee" The reason why the phone looks like it's from the future is because it is...the people are already dead, they just don't know it yet...Perhaps Ben is the only one that knows...I look at him as some sort of ArchAngel.
I'm reminded of Dante's Inferno that I read in HS...There's strange creatures such as the Polar Bears, and The "Thing"...The land talks...it has it's own power...time on the island doesn't apply to time on earth..
I Bet it'll end with some peolpe transcending into heaven, a small number going back to earth, and maybe even a few going to hell.
I thought it was interesting how they addressed the "They all died and are in heaven/hell/purgatory" question that a lot of people have said was the reason they are on that "island"

the producers have said since season 1 its not purgatory, and they are not dead

the producers/creators have said that the following is not true (they said this like, last year).
1. they're dead.
2. they're in purgatory
3. They're in heaven/hell
4. they're still on the plane waiting to take off
5. this is all in Walt's mind
A few things I was wondering though, despite them saying that, I kinda thought that Locke was imagining all of this. Mainly because he's the only person who once on the island was immediately changed for the better.
Except maybe Rose who had cancer, but she's such a minor character so far (although she's gonna be back before the season is over)
So I was thinking that Locke was creating all of this in his head in the airport, but they've said that is not gonna be the end (and thank God for that).
Also I wonder if Jack and Juliet are both playing Ben. Juliet and Jack are conspiring to set a trap for the Others when they come for the pregnant women. Maybe that's what Jack and Juliet were arguing over whether to tell Kate.
*shrugs*
I think that whole story the chick told them about the plane being found was a cover up by Dharma...And remember when Ben said to one of the others "Bring me the man from Tallahassee..." in the episode where Locke "blew" up the submarine.
Locke's dad was brought there by the others...

WOW where do I start?

For starters Ben is a liar we knew that but he was not born on the island he was born in near Portland. His mother Emily and father Roger were hiking when she went into labor. They make it seem like they are on the island but Roger picks up mother and child and runs to the highway and flags someone down for help just before Emily dies.
FForward
Today is Ben’s b-day he’s looking at a doll given to him years earlier by a little girl named Annie for his Birthday. Richard comes into Ben’s tent to ask if Ben wants him to take the tape recorder back for Juliette again. Ben is shocked that it hadn’t been done before they left and thinks maybe Tom (zeke) might know where the recorder is.
Ben and Richard leave tent and talk to Tom but Tom is distracted by Locke carrying his father’s body. You can almost see anger in Ben’s expression. He tells Ben to start at the beginning.
Ben tells Locke he answers to Jacob a man who nobody other than Ben has seen or spoken to and Locke calls him a liar. Ben says you don’t just go to him you are summoned by him. Locke insists that Ben take him to meet Jacob. Or I’ll let everyone know your brainwashing them and making it all up.
FBack
Ben who is about 10 and father arrive to the Island via Submarine with many other people for the Dharma Initiative. The island has already been operational before they arrived. The person who stopped to pick up Bens mother and father on the highway is Horace Goodspee and he has given his father a job. Bens father is disappointed to find out he was given a janitorial job as Roger Workman he drives the van Hurley found.
FForward
Mikahl comes from the woods looking for Ben and informs about Naomi and her ship. Ben says I thought the fence killed you? Mikahl says it must not have been set to a lethal limit. Ben says we will take the women tomorrow and we’ll take care of her. Mikahl insists that it can’t wait and something must be done right away.
Locke chimes in and says Ben’s not going anywhere with you. He’s taking me to see Jacob everyone is shocked. Ben says I’m sorry John it’ll have to wait I need to take care of this first. Then Locke walks over to Mikahl and starts kicking his butt Ben calls for Tom and Richard to intervien and stop Locke but they don’t move they all just watch Locke beat him up. Then Locke turns to Ben and says “when do we leave”?
Just before they venture out to see Jacob, Alex shows up and gives Locke a gun and says if you’re going to see Jacob you’ll need this. Ben looks at his daughter in a manner as to say WTF are you doing she then says happy birthday dad.
Meanwhile
Sawyer has played the tape for Sayid and Kate and Juliet and Jack are no where to be found. They have a group meeting when Jack and Juliet show up and Juliet tells them to turn the tape over and play the other side. Ben is telling Juliet that there isn’t time to get other samples they are coming tomorrow. After Juliet gave Sun the sonogram she evidently told Jack what Ben sent her there to do. Jack didn’t tell the Losties because he hasn’t decided what to do yet. “We have some catching up to do.” He must know something but you don’t find out tonight.
FBack
Ben is in school now and an alarm goes off Hostiles (natives) are attacking. Ben’s father has become a drunk and never remembers Ben’s B-day and one night he tells Ben he can’t celebrate on the day you killed your mother. Now I’m stuck with you on this island. Little Ben runs away and arrives to the sonic fence. He believes he sees his mom on the other side and starts to go to her. She says stop it’s not time yet and she goes away.
Next time out during the day he disables the alarm code 54439 and gets past the sonar fence. He runs through the woods and hears voices like in the earlier episodes. He sees Richard who apparently is a Native and says to take me with you. Richard says if you mean it then we can make it happen but it will take a lot of patience.
FForward
I don’t want to ruin the meeting with Jacob so I will not elaborate on what happens it’s something you’ll want to watch first hand.
FBack
Grown up Ben is now also a workman and once again it is his birthday and dad forgot. They are on a Beer run to the pearl dad suggest they can stop on a hilltop and enjoy a beer and have a father son moment. Ben tells his dad that putting up with him requires a lot of patience. Ben puts on a gas mask and opens a canister killing his father he then goes back to the village with the mask still on and everyone from the Dharma initiative is dead including the man that gave his father the job. Richard and a small group of people with masks and guns come from behind a building and Richard removes his mask and asks Ben do you want us to bring his body here? Ben says no leave him there. I think it was Bens plan.
I’m not sure at this point if Ben is the leader, he did speak to Richard with some atthority but I’m not really sure. Ben shows Locke a mass grave site and says these were my people the last of the Dharma Initiative. He will later tell Locke that the Dharma Initiative came seeking Harmony yet they couldn’t get along with the original inhabitants. So he made a choice a long time ago that one group had to be purged. I was smarter than them and thats why I didn’t end up in there ……….. I won’t tell you the rest you’ll have to watch.
This will make more sense when you fill in the blanks. (The meeting with Jacob and the last few moments between Ben and Locke) But it will give you a feel for the show.
I loved it.

Yo I think the last episode is gonna show what happened between jack and the others, starting after ben's surgery up to the point where Jack is playing catch football.
Jack has said nothing over the past 3 episodes, I think the writers did that on purpose to keep everything he knows a secret. The rub may be that Jack is actually siding with Ben and/or Juliet.
Ever since the Brig things are getting heavy and this wont stop! I love this kinda feeling, the same feeling last season during the episodes with Ben aka Henry Gale. We dont know whats gonna happen! All of the episodes in the middle of the season were so predictable, but I got no idea whats happening (who could have seen Locke gettin capped like that?)
holy sh*t. what an episode. ^i never even seen jacob in that chair, but i rewatched it and seen him....and maybe is hanso...
and cant beleive locke got shot aswell, his story is pretty much over, but they shouldnt kill him off yet
cant wait till next week tho, if they go after sun.
Lost - 3.20 - The Man Behind the Curtain - Easter Eggs Revealed
First up, The man of the hour, Jacob himself. Probably one of the most anticipated reveals since his name was first muttered earlier this season. The architect of "the list," and seemingly deified leader of the others made a shocking appearance that was straight of a horror movie. Here is what we managed to salvage:
http://www.buddytv.com/articles/Image/jacob-revealed.jpg
Looks closely at these newcomers to the island. Isn't it amazing how after being on the island for only a few minutes, these chaps find themselves cast as extras in one of Dr. Candle's infamous orientation files?
http://www.buddytv.com/articles/Image/egg-01.jpg
So how old is Ben? This very new looking Karmann Ghia might hold the key. From my personal research, I've noticed that Karmann Ghia's started featuring three bars in the grill with the 1960 model. So assuming the Ghia is brand new, that would make Ben 44 years old in Island years.
http://www.buddytv.com/articles/Image/lost_320_egg_01.jpg
The sequel to The Man from Tallahassee's Hamster of mystery, The Dog of mystery! Why does Jacob have a portrait of a dog hanging in his cabin? Will this dog be of vital importance later on? Perhaps the common theme between the paintings is the concept of having pets. Is someone, or something, on the island being kept as a pet? Subtle clue?
http://www.buddytv.com/articles/Image/lost_320_egg_02.jpg
Here is a possible clue to some mining potentially taking place on the island. The beautiful Casey's official function isn't saying 'Namaste' and pretending to know what it means, it's actually the study of gems! She's Dharma's resident Gemologist! We know there are several interesting forces on the island, could there be some interesting crystal formations as well?

MASSIVE SPOILERS RELATING TO THE REST OF THE SEASON & THE FINALE
REPEAT....MASSIVE fu*kING SPOILERS....DO NOT READ IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE SPOILED.
======================================== ====================
Someone posted these on another site and could be bullsh*t, but jibes with a lot of what has been leaked out, and jibes also with what Moriarty posted on AICN.
So, read this with the knowledge that it may be bullsh*t, but WOW if this is real....
===================
Here it is. What you've been waiting for. The mother of all Lost scoops. The "game-changer" The "rattlesnake in the mailbox." Let's start with this week's episode. Beware, MAJOR SPOILERS AHEAD! AND I MEAN IT. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENS IN THE NEXT EPISODE AND THE FINALE DON'T READ ANYMORE.
EP 321 CHARLIE'S FLASHBACKS Basically, this is another show where they make you think that Charlie's going to die, but then it doesn't happen. Desmond tells Charlie that he's seen a vision of Charlie's death and that this time it HAS to happen because it's going to cause another of his visions to come true -- one of Claire and her baby being rescued from the island by a helicopter. He tells Charlie that he's going to drown after turning a switch next to a yellow light in a new underwater hatch. At the same time, Sayid tells Jack that he can't get a rescue signal out on Naomi's phone because Rousseau's old distress call is blocking the signal.
He tells Jack that they need to go to a radio tower to turn it off. Juliet, though, tells them that still won't get the signal out because Ben has been blocking all transmissions from the island by a jamming device on an underwater hatch called THE LOOKING GLASS. They know from Sayid's maps that the hatch is flooded. Charlie volunteers for the suicide missions to swim down there and turn off the signal. After what Desmond's told him, he now knows that this is his destiny. He swims down to the udnerwater hatch -- but it isn't flooded! He comes up in a pressurized chamber.
He's overjoyed that he doesn't have to die....but discovers that there's TWO CHICKS down there (probably Others) pointing guns at him. The FLASHBACKS are the five greatest moments in Charlie's life. He saves a stranger being beaten on the street (the stranger is Nadia, Sayid's long-lost love), he shows his Dad he can swim when he's a young kid, he hears YOU ALL EVERYBODY on the radio for the first time, and his brother Liam gives him the DS ring. But his greatest moment is when he met Claire on the beach the first night after the plane crashed on the island.
(He writes down these five memories and asks Desmond to give them to Claire after he's gone). The episode is just okay. Not as good as the last two, it's basically setting things up for the finale. It woudl've been better if they'd have killed Charlie in it. Now onto the finale... episode 322 FINALE "THROUGH THE LOOKING GLASS" The finale is full of action, a few deaths -- and that huge twist I mentioned earlier.
First, the deaths.
A bunch of Others get killed when they try to raid the camp. This includes Friendly, who Sawyer shoots in cold blood -- and also the other new tough guy Other (I think his name is Price) who gets run over by Hurley in the van. And Charlie FINALLY dies. Thank god. I've always thought he was one of the weaker characters and his death has been threated in so many episodes its about time it finally happened. He unblocks the jamming signal in the underwater station but drowns when Mikhail uses a grenade to blow it up, killing them both. It's a cool death for Charlie. Maybe cooler than he deserves.
Another big moment is when an old favorite of the show returns. Locke is just about to kill himself in the Dharma grave pit that he fell into after Ben shot him when he hears a voice telling him not to. He looks up to see...WALT!! Walt helps him out of the pit and then disappears. No sign of Michael, and there's no explanation about where Walt has been or what happened to him or Michael. Locke then makes it to the Radio Tower -- and gets there in time to kill Naomi just before she makes the rescue call. He throws a knife straight into her back. Jack can't understand what Locke is doing and tells him that he'll have to shoot him to stop him from making the call himself. Locke threatens to kill Jack, but then backs down. Jack makes the rescue call -- and someone on the other end answers. The story on the island ends with help on the way. Or maybe not.
Ben has told Jack that Naomi and her people aren't who they say they are -- and just before he dies, Charlie sees a transmission in the underwater hatch from Desmond's Penny -- who, contrary to what Naomi has said, denies that she knows Naomi at all!! But the HUGE TWIST of the episode -- in fact, probably the huge twist of the entire series -- happens in the flashback. They start by showing that Jack is totally fu*ked up. He's popping pills and suicidal. The first flashback shows him about to kill himself by jumping off a bridge -- only a car accident nearby causes him to stop, and instead of killing himself he fins himself helping the accident victims. But he keeps spiraling. He sees his ex-wife at the hospital -- she's pregnant with another man's child.
He goes to a funeral of a person that we never discover, but whoever it is, his (or her) death rocks Jack hard. He steals drugs from the hospital and is caught by the new doctor in charge. And all the time, he's constantly on the phone desperately trying to contact somebody. And the last scene shows us who...he goes to meet the mystery person, and it's the last person on earth we would think...it's KATE! And it's now that we realize that for the first time in Lost history, we haven't been watching a flashback. We've been watching a FLASH-FORWARD! Yep, that's right. THEY ACTUALLY SHOW THAT JACK AND KATE MAKE IT OFF THE ISLAND. For some reason, this has been the cause of Jack's spiral. He tells Kate they have to go back to the island.
She refuses and drives away. The show finishes with Jack screaming "We have to go back!!" It's a bold move by the writer's no doubt, but I'm not sure if it will pay off entirely. It raises many other questions -- how did they get off the island, did anyone else get off the island, who stayed behind -- but on a show that has been all about our heroes trying to get back home, its kind of disappointing to know that Jack and Kate actually return to the mainland and that they could stay there if they want. The twist is bound to cause huge discussion among Lost fans. I felt it was a bit of a cheat, but maybe others will like it more... Hope enjoyed the scoop.

lost 3.21 - Greatest Hits Easter Eggs
http://www.buddytv.com/articles/Image/3-22-easter-eggs/lost_323_looking_glass_04.jpg
How fitting is it that the logo for "The Looking Glass" be a White Rabbit? White Rabbits appeared elsewhere in the episode, and in fact have been featured prominently throughout the series. It was a White Rabbit, coincidently, that led Alice "Through the Looking Glass" in "Alice in Wonderland."
http://www.buddytv.com/articles/Image/3-22-easter-eggs/lost_323_looking_glass_01.jpg
Here's a better look at the schematics for "The Looking Glass" hatch. An underwater hatch has long been a point of interest for Dharma enthusiasts, tonight we finally got a look inside.
http://www.buddytv.com/articles/Image/3-22-easter-eggs/lost_323_looking_glass_02.jpg
"The Looking Glass" is huge, and inhabited! The question is, are these 'others' or left overs from the Dharma Initiative? Since they seem to be doing Ben's bidding, guess we'd have to go with "others," for the time being.

if those arent flashbacks then jack's dad is still alive because when jack was arguing with the black doctor he told the doctor to bring his dad down there and if hes drunker than him then he'll be surprised.
can someone confirm this or am i just crazy.
^confirmed. they were flash forwards. so his dad must be alive, which proves why his coffin was empty

yeah there are arguments both ways for this..his dad might still be alive, or jack might've been figuratively speaking in regards to the "if he's not drunker than I am" comment..he coulda just meant that the hospital let his dad get away with so much, and now they wanna treak jack like he's a nobody
all the more reasons im pumped for next season
