Sports Illustrated released an NFL player's poll that ranked Romo as the league's second-most overrated player. His former teammate, Cincinnati wide receiver Terrell Owens, topped the list.

Of the 239 players surveyed by the magazine, 14 percent ranked Owens first while Romo tallied 7 percent of the vote. New York Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez and Washington defensive tackle Albert Haynesworth each garnered 5 percent.

Another NFC East passer, the New York Giants' Eli Manning, rounded out the top five with 4 percent.
