Saw this on ESPN yesterday.

LeBron's Reputation - ESPN Video - ESPN (http://espn.go.com/video/clip?id=5710186)

This is the whole segment I watched yesterday on ESPN, not sure on how to post the direct video though

Here is the story:

NBA legend Oscar Robertson is squarely in LeBron James' corner. Robertson told ESPN that the Heat forward has no peer -- not himself, and not Michael Jordan.

Robertson, during an interview for the network's series this week on James, took issue with Charles Barkley saying James will "never be Jordan" after James signed with Miami as a free agent in the offseason.

"Is Barkley trying to say that he thinks LeBron is not as good as Michael Jordan? Come on," Robertson said in an excerpt that aired Thursday night.

The interviewer, ESPN reporter Mark Schwartz, followed up by asking: "What do you think?"

Robertson, the only player in NBA history to average a triple-double for a season, replied: "LeBron's in a class by himself."

The Big O also offered encouragement to James, whose departure from northeast Ohio caused a lot of hard feelings.

"They talk about you, they burn your jersey ... Just grit your teeth and go harder. Just keep going hard. Keep going as hard as you can. Wear 'em out," Robertson said as he looked into the camera.

As for those fans in Ohio, James is embroiled anew in controversy with them. He denied Thursday that he said fans needed to "get over" his departure.

James was quoted by ESPN.com's Brian Windhorst as saying: "If I was a fan and I was on the outside looking in, I could be upset a little bit if one of my favorite players left. Or if I felt like he betrayed us or whatever the case may be. But you have to get over it."

The tweet from James in response: "Let's clear this up! I never said to the Cavs fans to "get over it". I've never and will never say anything bad about them. 7 years of joy!"

Windhorst covered the Cavs for the (Cleveland) Plain Dealer before joining ESPN.com this offseason.
