photoshop. if you have the time and patience you can use paint. or you can go to site that has pre-made layouts and then just change the coding. that's what i used to do. now i make them in photoshop

i never used frontpage. you can make the image in photoshop, then you can make all the links with imageready. im on aim me if you need help. ipwnkoof

You gotta have some knowledge of html, div, css, and tables.... dreamweaver helps alot too

Yeah you can use frontpage. You'll just have to remove all the html & body tags from your layout when you're transfering it to myspace.
